Inventory

The inventory page provides a quick overview of all your products, alomg with the ability to update pricing, sales, or stock levels in bulk.

Inventory List

The following fields are displayed for each product:

• Entry ID
• Title
• Total Stock
• Price
• Sale Price
• Sale Price Enabled?

By clicking a product title, the stock matrix will drop down. This displays the stock level and minimum order quantity for each SKU. To jump straight to the Edit Channel Entry page for a product, click Edit Entry on the right.

Searching Inventory

Inventory can be filtered by:

• Category
• Keywords

Inventory Actions

You cannot add or remove products from the Inventory screen. Instead, you should use the standard ExpressionEngine Edit Channel Entries screen for your products channel.

To update product pricing or stock levels from the inventory page, simply enter the new prices and stock levels, then click Submit at the bottom. Note that only products from the current page of products will be updated (i.e., if you update product pricing, then click through to the next page of 50 products, your changes will be lost).
