Google Analytics support is built in to Store. Simply enable this setting, and javascript will be placed on the order summary page to notify Google Analytics that a sale has taken place. To avoid duplicate reporting of sales, this javascirpt will only be displayed once per order (even if the customer views their invoice at a later date).
If you are using AdWords, or other analytics software, you can enter
your own tracking code. You can also use standard order variables here,
such as {order_total_val}, to dynamically include the total value of
the order.
